Corporate and Block Parties Packages

A Chef will grill on site who will bring their trained team,  professional equipment and elegant set up. 

The following are included: paper plates, napkins, plastic silverware.

Tables, chairs and upgraded plasticware are available as an extra fee.

 

OPTION #1

Pay per person with a minimum of 50 people and $475 On Site and transportation fee (Extra fees may apply).

American Menu: two main sandwiches, all condiments, lettuce, onions, sport peepers, relish, kettle chips and bottled water.

Choose one from below

  • 1/3 lb Cheeseburger

  • 1/3 lb hamburger

  • Grilled chicken sandwich.

 

Choose one from below

  •  All beef hot dog

  •  Bratwursts

 

  •  50-100 persons $12.50

  • 101-200 persons $11.50

  • 200+      persons $10.50

Mexican Menu: Two tacos, Mexican rice, beans, corn or flour tortillas, and bottled water. Taco bar: chihuahua cheese, salsa verde, salsa roja, avocado salsa, cilantro, onions, limes, Mexican crema. 

Choose two meats:

  • Grilled skirt steak

  • Grilled chicken breast fajitas

  • Al pastor

  • 50-100  persons $14.50

  • 101-200 persons $13.50

  • 200+.     persons $12.50

South American Menu:

Choose two meats, baked potato, seasonal vegetable, chimichurri sauce, butter, chives, balsamic glaze.

Choose 2 meats:

  • Grilled skirt steak

  • Grilled chicken breasts

  • Country style pork ribs

  • Bratwursts

  • 50-100  persons $18.50

  • 101-200 persons $17.50

  • 200+      persons $16.50

 

OPTION # 2

Two hours of all you can eat from each menu. On Site and transportation fees included.

American Menu: Hamburgers, cheeseburgers served on golden brioche buns, 100% beef hot dog, grilled chicken sandwich, bratwursts, kettle chips, condiments, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sports peepers, relish, lettuce, pickles, and all ingredients for the Chicago style hot dog.

  • 1-50 persons $25

  • 51+   persons $20 

Mexican Menu: Grilled skirt steak tacos, grilled chicken breast fajita tacos, al pastor tacos, Mexican rice, beans, corn and flour tortillas, tortilla chips. Taco bar: chihuahua cheese, Mexican crema, salsa verde, salsa roja, avocado salsa, cilantro, onions, lettuce, limes, fresh pico de gallo.

  • 1-50   persons $30

  • 51+     persons  $25

 

South American Menu: Grilled skirt steak, grilled chicken breasts, country style pork ribs, artisan sausage, grilled potatoes, grilled seasonal veggies, chimichurri sauce, sour cream, chives, butter balsamic glaze.
